You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method providing item is in original condition & in original packaging.

- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- No returns or exchanges on personalised items - this does not affect your statutory rights
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

Print the return shipping label that you will receive by email
Send all items back to us using the label provided
Refund or exchange will be processed within 5 working days of receipt
We recommend you use a recorded/insured delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit

- Return carriage will be covered by customer
